Printing on the disks

Our company does the printing on CD, DVD, DVHD disks and non-standard optical media such us: multimedia business cards or 80 mm CD disks. We do the printing on the basis of provided graphic material in offset or screen style.

SCREEN PRINTING

Printing on CD or DVD disks is done on highly productive screen printing machines, with the use of many colours and high definition techniques. The printing may be done up to 6 colours in CMYK and Pantone techniques, e.g. white base + CMYK (full colour). The printing is made with the use of best quality paints, hardened with UV beams. It gives the guarantee of highest quality and preserves colours intensivity.

OFFSET PRINTING

Offset printing offers possibly highest quality of printing from frequencies of about 200 lpi. Thus, this is the best printing method for tiny multi-colour elements. High frequency and small- practically invisible- screen makes each detail accurately reproduced on the disk. Screen printing is usually done in 5 colours- white base + CMYK. Sixth colour may be optional. However, this printing technique is not recommended in big one-colour undercoat, which looks much better in screen printing from Pantone colours. Final effect may be a surpise for even the most demanding clients.
